Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends and holidays. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. We ship within the United States and internationally. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, and international orders may take 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not refundable.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the cost to reship it is the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help locate your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on merchandise. We're happy to exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges. To start an exchange, email us with your order number.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change or cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and payment is collected at checkout. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process and ship your order. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
